What’s Included?
Davians professional staff, including the manager with you through your reception, is here to answer questions and to provide guidance. Davians can transform your reception into a “Magical Event”.
Davians has no additional charges for dance floor, bridal table for twelve (12), gift table, cake table, hors d’oeuvre table, place card table, punch table or dinner table set up. Included items are white linen tablecloths and napkins, china, stemware, flatware and crystal votive and mirror as a centerpiece at each table, along with white glove dinner service. Davians provides a locked, private brides room. Ample free parking and coat check-seasonal. No bartender fees when ordering any “bar package” or “wedding package”.
Can we bring in our own food?
No, Davians provides all food and beverage service with exception only to the wedding cake.
Can we bring in our own cake?
Yes, your cake baker must be able to provide us with a license to operate. Davians will cut and serve your wedding cake for dessert at no additional charge.
What time is Dinner for a Saturday reception?
Dinner is served in the Silver Spring room at 6:00 PM. Dinner is served in the Continental room at 6:30 PM. Any time changes need to be discussed with your consultant prior to booking.
Can we offer an entrée choice?
Yes, for $1 extra per person. You will need to offer identification at the event so the wait staff knows who to serve which entrée. Simply writing the entrée selection “beef” or “chicken” on your guest’s place card can do this.
When do we meet with our consultant to decide on the menu and details of the evening?
Three to four months prior to your event we will send out a letter requesting that you contact us to set up for your menu and detailing appointment.
Is there a room rental Fee?
Davians Does not charge a room rental, we do have room minimums, which is the total dollar amount that must be spent on your food and host beverage purchases. Not including tax and service charge. (Please refer to our Minimums page for minimum pricing).
