Do you rent tables and chairs or do I need to provide my own?Catering by Davians will help with any rental arrangements you may need for your event including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, specialty china rental and more!
Do you offer assistance with entertainment, limo service, floral, and cake service?If you require any additional vendors for your event, we would be happy to make recommendations from our preferred vendor’s list. Please contact one of our event coordinators for more details.
I am not sure how many guests will attend my party. Should I have an RSVP?It is always good to have an RSVP for any event to help determine how many guests will attend. A good rule of thumb is to expect about 80% of your invites to attend for social events and a little less than that for corporate events.
What about linen?Our linen table covers are available for 10.00 each and come in standard sizes of white and ivory. Linen napkins are also available in about 20 colors for 1.25 each. If you are looking for something more specific, we can also custom order your linen to meet the style of your event. Please ask one of our event coordinators for more details.
Can we have china service at our event?We offer three options when it comes to your service ware. All the full service menus include high quality disposable plates, silverware, and napkins at no extra charge. You may also upgrade to an upscale disposable plate, coffee cup, and silverware for an additional 2.00 per guest. If you would prefer china, we offer white china service with a stemmed water glass, wine glass, silverware, coffee cup, coffee saucer, butter plate, dinner plate, salad plate, and dessert plate for 4.95 per guest for dinner and 3.50 for a hors d’oeuvre event.

Are there any hidden costs with Catering by Davians?We are upfront with all our pricing and feel that you as the customer should know what everything is going to cost from day one. No, there are no hidden costs for your event. Your proposal will outline everything on your bill.
What do I need to do to reserve a date with Catering by Davians?A 25% deposit is required to hold a date for your event. Please contact one of our event coordinators today to discuss your party needs.
What if our company or group is tax exempt?If your company or group is tax exempt, you must provide Catering by Davians a Tax Exempt Certificate with your federal tax identification number prior to booking. You may either mail, fax, or e mail us a copy of that form.
What forms of payment do you accept?We can accept cash, checks, or credit cards for payment.
Menus
I found a menu I like but I do not have the minimum amount of guests. Can I still order from that menu?Of course! We can customize any menu to meet your needs and if you do not meet the minimum guest count on a particular menu, just ask one of our event coordinators for pricing.
What does your menu pricing include?All of our full service menus include disposable plates, silverware, high quality napkins, catering equipment, serving utensils, condiments, and linen for the buffet table. If you are ordering from one of our carry out menus, just ask your event coordinator for pricing on these add-ons!
I am interested in a style menu that I do not see on your website. Can you customize my menu for me?Of course – just ask! We can customize any menu to whatever style and theme you would like. Please call one of our professional event coordinators for more details.
Do you offer beverage service for off-premise catering?Yes, please contact one of our event coordinators for current pricing and options.
Miscellaneous
Can I pick up my order at Davians?Orders are available for pick up during normal business hours and Saturdays after 11:00am. We have menus specifically designed so that you can pick and choose what you would like to serve to your guests. Pick up times on holiday weekends may vary, please call for details.
Are you fully insured?Yes, Catering by Davians holds all up-to-date food licensing and insurance. Our managers are also serve-safe certified for food handling
What happens if there is leftover food?We usually prepare more food than we expect to serve. To insure food safety and in accordance with Wisconsin State Law, we do not release leftover food to you or your guests.
