Executive Chef Ben Hudson leads Davians innovative culinary team, including overseeing menu development, and liaises directly with Davians guests and event hosts acting as their personal chef. Ben’s creative flair, genius with ingredients, and passion for food, drink and entertaining is available to all Davians guests. These sample menus offer just a small taste of Davians.

Weddings and Special Occasions

Davians flexible pricing for a la carte plated dinners and buffets start at $26 and $30 per guest. Food and beverage minimums for weddings hosted at Davians typically start at $4,000. Besides these sample menus, we have a variety of food and beverage reception, as well as mid-day and late night options.
